A solar technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems, including assessing installation sites, connecting solar panels to the power grid, performing routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting system problems, and ensuring the efficient operation of solar energy systems to maximize electricity generation. Key responsibilities of a solar technician:

- **Installation**:

- Assessing potential installation sites to determine suitability for solar panels
- Designing solar panel systems based on customer needs and structural conditions
- Installing racking, solar panels, and electrical equipment
- Connecting solar panels to the electrical grid
- Activating and testing the solar panel system
- **Maintenance**:

- Performing routine inspections of solar panels and system components
- Cleaning solar panels to optimize efficiency
- Identifying and troubleshooting system malfunctions
- Making necessary repairs and replacements
- Monitoring system performance through data analysis
- **Technical Skills**:

- Understanding of electrical systems and wiring
- Knowledge of solar panel technology and components
- Ability to read blueprints and design plans
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in solar installations
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders
- Physical strength to lift and maneuver heavy equipment

Pay: ₹8,771.43 - ₹19,865.01 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
