**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Backend Operations**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of backend processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and external purposes.
- **Microsoft Office & Google Sheets Expertise**:
- Create, maintain, and analyze complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Generate reports, charts, and summaries for business insights and operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper formatting of documents.
- **Coordination**:
- Act as a bridge between our workspace and other offices, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of information.
- Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Support for Business Operations**:
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents for business meetings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other business partners as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis) and **Google Sheets**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
