**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)
**Location**: Preet Vihar, Delhi
**Reports to**: Managing Director (MD)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Organize and prioritize the MD’s appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring effective time management and reducing conflicts.
- **Travel Coordination**: Plan and organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other necessary documents for meetings and business decisions.
- **Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize meetings, manage logistics, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared. Take notes and follow up on action items.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- **Project Assistance**: Provide research and administrative support for ongoing projects.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.
- **General Administration**: Maintain the MD’s office system, organize files, and ensure the smooth running of operations.
- **Personal Assistance**: Occasionally assist with personal errands and tasks for the MD as required.
- **Decision-Making**: Act as a trusted decision-maker for routine matters, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and decisions are made with sound judgment and in the best interest of the MD and the company.
**Qualifications**:
- **Basic Knowledge of Departments**: Familiarity with the operations of all departments, especially **Accounts** and **Law**, is required. Understanding of basic financial principles, accounting processes, and legal terms is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must. Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Confidentiality**: Must maintain a high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- **Strong Personality**: A confident and approachable individual with the ability to interact with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- **Stability and Reliability**: A stable, reliable, and consistent approach to work, with the ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
- **Decision-Making Ability**: Must demonstrate the ability to make sound, quick, and informed decisions independently, particularly in time-sensitive situations.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably to senior leadership (Managing Director or similar role).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and maintain efficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous exposure or experience in **Accounts** or **Law** would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of project management tools or software.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
