**Who We’re Looking For**:
An **Inside Sales Executive** with prior experience in **WhatsApp API**, **SMS platforms**, or **SaaS-based communication tools**. Someone who understands the product, pain-points of SMEs, and can close leads through consultative selling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle qualified inbound leads and convert them to paying clients
- Explain WhatsApp API features, pricing, and use-cases to businesses
- Manage the entire sales funnel — from demo to deal closing
- Maintain CRM updates and lead follow-ups
- Collaborate with onboarding & support team for smooth handover
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in WhatsApp API, bulk messaging, or similar SaaS products
- Strong knowledge of business messaging platforms
- Excellent communication in Hindi + English
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend best-fit solutions
- Prior experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared)

**Salary & Perks**:

- ₹10,000 - ₹20,000/month (Based on experience)

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
