**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Real-Time Medical Documentation**:

- Accurately document patient history, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions during live patient-doctor interactions.
- **Charting & Data Entry**:

- Input patient information into medical records while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Summarize lab results, radiology reports, and physician assessments.
- **EHR Management**:

- Navigate, update, and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) as instructed by physicians.
- Ensure documentation is structured, error-free, and ready for future reference.
- **Compliance & Confidentiality**:

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protocols.
- Ensure all documentation complies with medical-legal standards.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Providers**:

- Communicate effectively with physicians to clarify details and confirm notes.
- Stay updated on physician preferences for seamless documentation.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years as a Medical Scribe in the USA healthcare industry.
- **Medical Terminology**: Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy.
- **Typing Speed**: Minimum of 50-60 WPM.
- **EHR Knowledge**: Hands-on experience with EHR systems.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent English communication.
- **Compliance**: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data security policies.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Virtual Medical Scribe for US healthcare providers.
- Ability to adapt to varying physician styles and documentation preferences.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

**Salary Range**

₹3,60,000 - ₹7,20,000 per year (based on skills, experience, and expertise).
