About InfyBytes AI Labs Private Limited (Bangalore):
We are **MathAI** - India’s first AI-powered Math coach, crafted by IIT Bombay alumni to build strong foundational Math skills in students. MathAI is a AI Math coach for 8-14-year-olds that aims to build deep mathematical understanding beyond school level by making math intuitive, simple, fun, and personalized.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate the International Math Challenge (IMC) - India Chapter**: Engage with over 1,000 schools and over 200,000 students across India to ensure the smooth execution of the math competition.
- **Business Development**: Actively contribute to expanding IMC's reach by identifying and connecting with potential schools to onboard them for the challenge.
- **Outreach and Relationship Building**: Engage with school representatives through calls and meetings to pitch the IMC program, address queries, and foster long-term collaborations.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with various teams (marketing, technical, support) to manage program activities effectively and resolve any challenges.
- **Participant Progress Tracking**: Monitor participant progress, gather feedback, and implement insights to continuously enhance the challenge experience.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with diverse teams and participants.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills to efficiently manage tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in Education and Event Coordination: A passion for educational initiatives, with an interest in event management.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or event coordination is a plus.
