**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Alternatively, completion of a course in solar technology

In the absence of solar education, a graduate degree with relevant experience in the solar field

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively in English, and if necessary, in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, or Tamil.

Technical Knowledge:
Utilize electrical engineering or solar technology knowledge to address customer queries.

Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements to provide accurate information to customers.

Language Skills:
Communicate fluently in English and at least one of the regional languages (Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil).

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Generate reports and documentation as needed.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Training and Development:
Stay informed about new products and services.

Provide training and product knowledge to customers as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Alternatively, completion of a course in solar technology.

Experience in the solar industry is a significant advantage.

Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one regional language (Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil).

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
