Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bhiwandi. The role includes managing customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective support to resolve issues, handling customer complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also oversee online support channels and address technical issues to enhance the overall customer service experience. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction - Experience with Online Support and Technical Support - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries empathetically - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools - Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
