**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist with data entry and update office records as needed.

**Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the office environment is clean and orderly, including common areas such as kitchens, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as replenishing office supplies and managing inventory.
- Report any office maintenance issues to the Facilities Coordinator or Office Manager.

**Support Services**:

- Assist with setting up meeting rooms for conferences, presentations, and other events.
- Provide support to staff by running errands, such as delivering documents or picking up supplies.
- Help with the preparation of refreshments for meetings and events as required.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges if required.

**Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Office Manager or other senior staff members.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees by helping them with initial office setup and orientation.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office support role or similar position is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry items such as office supplies or equipment up to [weight limit].
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
