**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by actively prospecting, generating leads, and converting opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including analytical techniques such as Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Spectroscopy, and other laboratory equipment.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, attend trade shows, and organize workshops.

**2. Technical & Service Support**:

- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of instruments.
- Deliver comprehensive training to customers on instrument operation and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions for service-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, including scientists, lab managers, and procurement personnel in various sectors (e.g., academia, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, environmental testing).
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field is highly preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in technical sales and/or field service for analytical or scientific instruments.
- **Sales Acumen**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to persuasively articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: A strong relationship-builder with a customer-centric approach. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and schedule service appointments efficiently.
- **Other**: A valid driver’s license as the role may require frequent travel.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
