**Position Overview**:
A **CASA Sales Executive** (Current Account and Savings Account) is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting bank account products, and maintaining excellent client relationships to achieve sales targets. The role involves direct sales, customer interaction, and educating clients about banking products and services. The CASA Sales Executive plays a crucial role in expanding the bank's retail customer base and fostering financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Acquisition**:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote CASA products (Current Accounts and Savings Accounts).
- Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
- Use various channels such as cold calls, referrals, and promotional activities to build a customer base.
- **Product Promotion and Awareness**:
- Educate customers about the benefits of CASA products and other banking services.
- Ensure clients understand product features, terms, and conditions to foster trust and transparency.
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and encourage customer adoption of online services.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly, providing an excellent banking experience.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and assist them with account-related issues.
- **Sales and Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets set by the organization.
- Monitor and track sales performance to ensure consistent progress toward goals.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on pipeline status, leads, and closures.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- **Experience**: fresher - 1 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
