About us
- Sevavardhini, an NGO established in 1998 under the BPT Act 1950 and also under the Society’s Act 1960. Sevavardhini is a support service initiative aiming to facilitate field level voluntary activities and support services with each other for optimal deployment of resources. It operates all over India. Sevavardhini has built up network of 250 plus voluntary organizations, from all over the India, having strong footings at grassroots through various development related initiatives. These network organizations are engaged in variety of social services like Agriculture, Energy, Water, Education, Health, Cultural, Rehabilitation, Women & Child empowerment, Rural development, Upliftment of Nomadic tribes/Backward classes, Sustainable Development, Livelihood, Waste management, Institution Building etc. Sevavardhini provides support services like Project formulation, Various types Surveys, PRA & other studies, Case studies, Various types of Assessment & Evaluation studies (e.g Impact assessment & evaluation studies, need assessment & evaluation studies etc.), Conducting training and workshops for Capacity Building, Institution building, Advisory Services and Fund Raising, Resource Mobilization etc.
- Project Officer Should be at Least Graduate.

Job Locations
- Across State of Maharshtra e.g. Gadchiroli, Solapur, Nasik, Pune, Nandurbar etc

Project Officer will be responsible for and will perform the following:

- 1. Project Officer will be responsible to plan, organize and get executed the work of the projects

assigned to him/her by Sr PM (Senior Project Manager)/PM (Project Manager).

2. Plan for Time Management for each and every project stage and activity. Ensure completion

of time line for each and every activity and project stage as per plan.

3. Report to PM (Project Manager) weekly progress of each project with deviations, short

comings if any.

4. Liaison with Local leaders, Influential individuals, Local & Govt. authorities etc.

5. Assist prepare project report and in consultation with PM finalize the same.

6. Organize and impart training about project and ensure its implementation.

7. Assist PM in preparing proposals and estimate sheets for projects.

8. Assist PM in preparation of all necessary details like drawings, designs, estimates etc. for

projects.

9. It will be total responsibility of Project Officer to execute & supervise the activities of the

project assigned to him.

10. Site visits to check progress of the project work, for interventions, for proposals etc.

11. Site visits during execution of work of projects.

12. Any other work / assignments from Sevavardhini that may come from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
