Job Role
1. Prepare plan, develop and implement interior and exterior designs.
2. To compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, determine timelines and oversee Project processes.
Job brief
1. You should be able to take ownership of your project, be it the design and development of a new or heritage building, an extension, alterations or a restoration project, and deliver on the client's requirements.
2. To be successful in this position you should be able to visualize space in three dimensions, have a good understanding of construction technologies, and be an effective project manager. An outstanding Architect will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate superior technical design skills and be able to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
3. Developing and presenting project proposals.
4. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
5. Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and interior design documents.
6. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
7. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
8. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
9. Managing project teams and collaborating with other design professionals.

Requirements and skills
1. Degree in architecture or a related field.
2. Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
3. Excellent technical drawing skills.
4. Strong communication and project management skills.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, MS OFFICE etc.
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
7. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
8. Strong creative and visualization skills.

**Salary**: ₹58,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
