Mumbai Maharashtra, India DEEPAK MEHTA ARCHITECT Full time

We are looking for right-brained Architects with experience of 1 to 5 years to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction.

You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion.

The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, with a FLAIR FOD ARCHITECTURAL design is must & important.

You shall be involved in government, semi government and private tendering projects.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work as a part of team, project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact.
- To prepare ppt presentation of concept & detail planning with area calculation.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
- To prepare conceptual presentations, design development drawing, TOTAL WORKING DRAWINGS, checking of previous drawings and rectifying them, etc
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Make on-site visits to check on project status and report the same through minutes of meetings for records.
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements

**KNOWLEDGE OF LATEST ARCHITECTURAL SOFTWARE** is important

**Required Experience and Qualifications* **:B. Arch Degree in Architecture**

*Proven working experience as a Architect* **:1 to 5 Years**
- Strong portfolio of experience to prove skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with all required design software
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Communication and project management skills

**Experience in Interiors, PMC, Liasoning firms will not be entertained.**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
