Customer Support Agent for Indian Market

**What to expect of your role**:
**You will be expected to**:

- Be the main point of contact for customers actively using the product;
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer
- queries;
- Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information
- where required;
- Referring support inquiries to the appropriate department where required;
- Answering customer inquiries professionally in a timely manner;
- Working on night shifts basis including weekends. 5 working days per week, 2 days off.

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- Have good communication skills and empathy;
- Persuasion skills;
- Active listening skills;
- Patience and self-control;
- Have good time management skills, work requires working on night shifts;
- Quick thinking;
- Product knowledge (preferably experience in the iGaming industry);
- Affinity with Technology;
- Proficiency in English, Hindi. Knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage.
