**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with **client banks and NBFCs to understand hiring needs and role requirements.**:

- Schedule interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support in offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
- Assist senior recruiters and HR leads in bulk hiring and recruitment drives.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in **recruitment for banking or BFSI clients**.
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn sourcing, and internal databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking roles and terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Employment Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
