Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead a team of junior recruiters; assign daily tasks and ensure recruitment targets are met.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, training, and feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, quality standards, and TAT.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and closure.
  • Act as the SPOC for clients and ensure prompt requirement understanding and delivery.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for multiple ongoing mandates.

Client Management

  • Coordinate with new and existing clients to understand job requirements and suggest effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering quality candidates within timelines.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Use Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels to identify the right talent.
  • Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate fitment, and align shortlisted profiles with client expectations.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports for management.
  • Track individual and team performance, including closures, submissions, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter in the placement or staffing industry.
  • Proven experience in team handling and target-driven environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
