As a **Junior Recruiter** within a Prodigy placement consulting firm, you'll be pivotal in bridging job seekers with companies seeking the right talent. You’ll collaborate closely with senior recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and deliver quality placements that meet client expectations—across diverse industries, from IT to finance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and publish job postings across platforms like job boards and social media.
- Maintain and update databases and applicant tracking systems
- Support interview coordination and logistics, including scheduling and feedback collection.
- Conduct reference or background checks as part of due diligence.
- Occasionally help in marketing and business development activities—from cold calls to lead generation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
