6.Reference Checks and Background Verification:

- Ensuring that all required background checks are completed in accordance with healthcare regulations.

7.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

- Generating reports on recruitment activities, such as the number of successful placements and the status of ongoing searches.

9.Market Research:

- Keeping up with industry trends and labor market conditions in the UK healthcare sector.
- Identifying potential areas of talent shortages or surpluses and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.

10.Continuous Improvement:

- Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
