**Job Title: Dessert Chef**

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dessert Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and help us create delightful and innovative sweet treats for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present a variety of desserts, including cakes, pastries, tarts, and seasonal sweet offerings.
- Experiment with new dessert ideas and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Ensure all desserts meet Morii Cafe's high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and smooth service during peak hours.
- Manage stock and inventory of ingredients, ensuring timely replenishment and waste control..
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling any special requests or dietary requirements for desserts.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in dessert preparation and presentation techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dessert Chef or Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen (2+ years preferred).
- A passion for desserts, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of various dessert styles, from classic to contemporary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A degree or certification in culinary arts or relevant training is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
