**Job description**

Full-time SALES Monday to Friday or Monday to Friday 9AM-7PM pacific time (PST).

MUST be able to stay up all night and sleep during the day.

We are a #1 Real Estate School in British Columbia, Canada. Our Company has been well established for over 20 years. We are looking for an energetic and motivated receptionist/assistant to join our team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to inbound call inquiries promptly
- Maintain updated information including the status of leads in the client management system
- Arrange registration for new prospects
- Pleasant telephone manner and professional demeanor
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a busy deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command in English and well-spoken
- Sales experience is a must (6+)
- Great positive personality
- A positive Team member
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and self-motivated
- Responsible and prompt Internet savvy

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Excellent Sales Skills
- Min 6 years of sales

**PAY**:

- Probation period
- three months
- After probation: base salary of (₹ 60,000.00) with performance based bonuses

**Salary**: ₹49,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
