We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Sales Executive**to help us build up our business activities.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by pitching our interior design services and curated artworks to potential clients. Your ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into tailored design solutions will be key to your success.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and developers in the hospitality sector.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients through effective sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, and decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by presenting company offerings and negotiating contracts.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior design and hospitality sector.
- Proposal & Pitching: Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Client Meetings & Site Visits: Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

**Requirements and skills**
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in government or hotel-related projects (artworks, civil, or beautification projects).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong network in the hospitality sector, with prior experience dealing with hotel chains, resorts, and restaurant owners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate design concepts and translate them into sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for design and art.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
