We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Sales Executive** to help us grow our business in the decorative planter industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by pitching our **decorative planters** to potential clients, including interior designers, architects, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and real estate developers. Your ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into tailored planter solutions will be key to your success.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including interior designers, architects, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and real estate developers.
- Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Develop and convert leads into sales by presenting product offerings, understanding client needs, and providing suitable solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations for clients.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and customization of products as per client requirements.
- Participation in Industry Events: Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

**Requirements and skills**
- 2 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong network in the interior design, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Ability to understand and articulate design concepts and translate them into sales opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for design and art.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
