**What’s the role?**

As Commercial Operations Advisor, you manage and coordinate activities to operationalize commercial agreements viz. RLNG/Gas/DLNG Sales/Transportation through trucks and managing daily commercial operations.

Further accountabilities are as follows:

- Set up a robust procedure, and ensuring implementation thereof, for the following activities:

- Accept nominations / re-nominations from various RLNG/Gas/DLNG customers
- Co-ordinate with terminal operations team, Transporters/Hauliers, and other stakeholders for preparing & confirming Sellers’ nominations back to respective customers
- Prepare allocation/attribution statements for RLNG/Gas/DLNG/Transporters & Terminal Use customers
- Invoicing and Settlements for RLNG/Gas/ DLNG customers
- Track daily sales to various DLNG/Power customers and ensure timely circulation of the information to relevant stakeholders.
- Align closely with Terminal Operations /Gas Suppliers/ Transporter for gas off take & delivery & managing contractual liability.
- Handle commercial issues with customers / transporters under the GSA / GTA / TUA/ Truck Transportation contract
- Plan and implement strategies for minimizing risk and maximizing value for the organization, along with other Marketing / Commercial team members
- Perform defined Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) critical tasks.

**What we need from you?**
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Science / Commerce) with minimum of 7 years’ experience preferably in LNG Commercial Operations.; Post Graduation preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience and knowledge of effectively using Productivity tools like MS office especially Excel for generating reports, analyzing data and making presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and adapt complex commercial arrangements and think out of the box.
- Preference will be given to person having experience in commercial operations, nomination, scheduling, invoicing including knowledge of IT tools for terminal operations and energy trading and risk management tools.
- Experience of DLNG commercial operations involving and management of transport Hauliers will be a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and grasping commercial & contractual issues.
- Successfully facilitate interfaces between teams in several geographical locations and a wide range of disciplines, most notably the Hazira Terminal, FinOps, Business assurance etc.
