**Position Overview**
The Production Team is responsible for creating all new Forbes Marketplace web pages and optimising existing pages via the CMS across the numerous Forbes Marketplace properties.
This is in order to meet customer needs and ultimately deliver the business SEO strategy. The team has grown quickly and continues to do so, producing 1500+ pieces of content per month, with new areas of responsibility arriving regularly.
This specialist role is fundamental to the business’ success, monitoring our intake and
coordinating our production activity across our new property - ‘USA TODAY Blueprint’, ensuring we are able to publish content quickly, accurately and to a high standard first time.
A typical day in the life of a Deputy Content Manager involves working with the Deputy Head of Publishing and Content Managers to prioritise and assign production workload across the Content Producers, Interns and Trainees in your verticals of responsibility. You will be in regular contact with the team ensuring that the most important activity is being worked on, peer reviewing their output and supporting the team with any CMS help and guidance they may need.

This specialist role is fundamental to the business’ success, ensuring we are able to deliver revenue by managing the flow of monetisation placements in the content we create. We are seeking a talented individual to help Forbes Marketplace ensure we exploit every possible opportunity to include monetisation across multiple properties.
A typical day in the life of a Content Producer - Monetisation involves working with the Content Managers responsible for the strategic coordination, to execute our monetisation tasks across content pages using our CMS, Wordpress. This will include adding new monetisation placements, updating existing placements, and removing outdated placements.

**Responsibilities**
- Publish all monetisation changes and implement monetisation strategies via the CMS within your assigned vertical(s) at pace to meet deadlines and to a high standard. Attention to detail is vital and is the cornerstone of what the team stands for. You will be expected to uphold this in the work you produce.
- Manage your own workflow where possible, proactively identifying new tasks from the intake queue and completing them self-sufficiently.
- Complete any monetisation change within your vertical(s) using the advanced WordPress understanding that you will develop in the role. You will be expected to be able to make changes to all components self-sufficiently.
- You will be expected to identify and raise any issues you encounter within the

CMS to team management so that these can be logged with the technology teams for fixing. You will also be expected to proactively propose solutions for what the fix needs to achieve.
- Deliver publishing support and training for other Production Team members and

Interns by using your advanced CMS knowledge to help other Content Producers and Interns who may need to make monetisation specific changes.
- Work with the PR/Branding teams to create Custom Branded Landers for FA

award winning companies to link to when required

**Skills and Experience**
- We’re a team of 25 and growing so we need people who can work in an agile manner and juggle multiple priorities concurrently across many different product types.
- We aren’t looking for a commercial or business development expert, but you must have a grounding in how commercial models work, a keenness to understand how Forbes Marketplace delivers revenue growth, and have a natural desire to see the content we produce be as commercially successful as possible.
- CMS experience is crucial and we require two years plus experience of using the most advanced authoring features in Wordpress, AEM or similar.
