**Job Title: Direct Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific goals.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products/services.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
