Telecaller

A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or call center representative, is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of promoting products or services, conducting surveys, or providing information. Key responsibilities include:

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
