Role & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for the assigned area.
  • Distributor Appointing, Channel development, new brand development.
  • New brand Management, WOD management.
  • Profit and loss/ROI calculation, Territory development.
  • Setting sales targets and goals for the sales team in alignment with company objectives.
  • Managing a team of sales representatives or sales executives.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and reviews.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Gathering and reporting market feedback to the company's management.
  • Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline to ensure that sales opportunities are pursued and closed effectively.
  • Providing sales support to the sales team.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Generating sales reports and analysing data to make informed decisions.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.
  • Organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and sharing this information with the team.
  • Taking responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Implementing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensuring that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Promoting a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience / Preferrable candidate from Telecom/Accessories Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree /MBA in marketing will field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
