**Job duties and responsibilities-**

Order booking / Issuing Proforma Invoices/Coordination for dispatches/Complaint Management.

Identify bottlenecks in the sales process, suggesting solutions in a timely manner.

Set objectives and KPIs. Set up and monitor sales processes.

Serve as advisor to our business associates/employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices.

Proficiency in SAP/ MS Office

Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.

A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Team player.

Good time-management skills.

Great interpersonal and communication skills. (Must be fluent in English/Hindi)
