We are seeking a creative and talented Content and Graphic Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content and Graphic Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content and visually appealing marketing materials. You are supposed to work with the Marketing, Sales & Product team jointly on various channels. This includes the below mentioned, but it is not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the lead generation and prospect sourcing programs for revenue generation by providing high quality B2B leads to the Sales Team.
- Lead participation in virtual and physical events including pre-event promotion, audience engagement strategy, and post-event nurture.
- Helping plan customer engagement and brand retention with existing customers.
- Measuring the impact of the marketing initiatives.
- Setting standards and processes which will aid in improving the brand positioning through all communication channels.
- Continuously self-educate with the financial services landscape and new regulations and compliances & conducting marketing research to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Create visually stunning and on-brand graphic designs for marketing materials, such as Infographics, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing collateral and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct research to gather information and data for content development, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the creation and editing of video content, including video scripts, storyboards, and basic video editing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development or sales, to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design and content trends.

**Qualifications** Preferred qualifications**:

- Any Graduate with Marketing proficiency
- 0-1 years of proven experience as Marketing Associate or similar role in the field of Marketing, B2B lead generation or digital marketing space
- Passionate about Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with goal-oriented attitude
- Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to translate ideas into compelling and visually appealing designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Basic video editing skills and knowledge of video creation tools and software is a plus.
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with the brand identity.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for keeping up with design and content trends.

**Additional Information**
- Experience in FIGMA, Adobe, WordPress will be an added advantage
