If this sounds like a place you could see yourself contributing to and you are driven, committed and up for a challenge, then we would love to hear from you. **Job Description**: Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Coach and guide the development team on Scrum principles and practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. - Conduct business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. - Work to prioritize and maintain the product backlog. - Develop and maintain data-related documentation and requirements. **Qualifications**: - Professional Scrum Master or equivalent Scrum Master certification. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - At least **5 years** of experience in a Scrum Master or Business Analyst role. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. - Experience with business analysis techniques such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. - Experience leading workshops through digital tools such as Miro. - Experience with data is a plus.
