**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Strategy & Vision**:

- Develop and execute **innovative social media strategies** aligned with brand identity and business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to ensure the brand remains relevant.
- Conceptualize **viral-worthy campaigns** that drive engagement and shareability.

**Content & Brand Development**:

- Oversee the creation of compelling visuals, videos, and copy that reflect the brand's **tone, aesthetic, alignments and messaging**.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to maintain a **high creative standard**.
- Ensure all social media content is optimized for **maximum engagement and conversions**.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, social media managers, and designers.
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and paid media teams to ensure **holistic brand storytelling**.
- Provide **creative direction on shoots**, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

**Data-Driven Decision Making**:

- Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to refine content strategy.
- A/B test creatives to understand what resonates with audiences.
- Report on KPIs and adjust strategies for **maximum impact and ROI**.

**Platform Expertise & Innovation**:

- Master **Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms**.
- Leverage AI, AR, and interactive content to **push creative boundaries**.
- Develop unique **brand storytelling techniques** for each platform.

**Requirements**:
3+ **years of experience** in social media creative direction, content marketing, or digital strategy.
Proven portfolio of successful **high-engagement campaigns**.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to **manage multiple projects**.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and AI-driven content creation. Deep understanding of **social media analytics and paid advertising**.
A passion for digital storytelling, pop culture, and viral trends.

**Bonus Skills**:
Experience with **influencer collaborations**.
Background in motion graphics, animation, or AR/VR content.
Familiarity with **e-commerce, luxury, corporate profiling ,sports.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
