**Key Responsibilities**:
**ERP System Development**:

- Tailor the ERP system to meet specific client requirements and industry standards.

**Module Development**:

- Create new modules or extend existing ones to enhance the functionality of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.

**Customization & Configuration**:

- Configure the Frappe ERP system to match client workflows and processes.
- Customize the user interface and experience to improve usability and meet business needs.
- Customize reports, dashboards, and other elements to align with business requirements.

**Integration**:

- Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize ERP processes.

**Testing & Quality Assurance**:

- Perform thorough testing of new features, customizations, and integrations to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system and implementations.

**Documentation & Support**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Frappe ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user queries in a timely manner.

**Training & Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and end-users on ERP functionalities, best practices, and new features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Frappe framework and ERPNext, and continuously enhance your skills.
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the overall development of the team.

**Compliance & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other departments to ensure seamless ERP integration and functionality.
- Ensure all developments comply with ERP best practices and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Min 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React).
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and deployment strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.
