**Job Title**: Banquet Executive
**Location**: Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East - Airport Road Metro Station
**Department**: Food & Beverage - Banquets
**Position Overview**:
The **Banquet Executive** is responsible for coordinating and executing banquet events, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering high-quality guest service. This role involves managing event setups, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction for weddings, conferences, corporate events, and private functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal teams for smooth execution of banquet events.
- Supervise setup of banquet halls as per event requirements (seating, buffet, AV, décor, etc.).
- Ensure all equipment and materials are available and functional before the event.
- Manage and delegate duties to the banquet service team and ensure timely service.
- Liaise with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure timely food delivery and quality.
- Address guest needs and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of banquet areas.
- Maintain records of events, feedback, and inventories.
- Assist the Banquet Manager in planning, billing, and reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banquet operations or event coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and on event days.
