- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with contractor and technicians
- **Negotiation Skills**Understand market rates and gather information on pricing trends. This knowledge strengthens your position and helps you argue for better rates.
- **Contractor Handling **Overseeing the day-to-day work of the contractor, including monitoring progress, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- **Fallow up Establish a **schedule for follow-ups with clients and contractors, ensuring that all parties are on the same page.
- **Manage all types of queries **Related to the project's technical aspects, such as design, specifications, or materials.
- **Payment Collection **Generate accurate and timely invoices, including all necessary details, such as project scope, payment terms, and payment amounts,Send follow-up invoices to clients who have not made payments on time, with a polite reminder and a clear expectation of when the payment is due.
