We are looking for a MIS Executive, responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Management Information Systems to ensure the smooth operation of data collection, processing, and reporting functions. The role involves data analysis, report generation, database management, and working with various departments to provide accurate and timely information to support business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organize, and maintain large sets of data from various departments, ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data in the organization
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time data insights for decision-makers.
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to support business strategy.
- Ensure data management practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience in MIS role
- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Excel, Power BI)
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and produce actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills to address system issues and improve processes.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
