- Interact and work closely with Talent Acquisition Team to understand business information needs.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience on advanced excel with large data sets.
- Ensuring all reports and dashboards are prepared as per requirements and desired frequency (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
- Ensure Regular review with the team for 100% accuracy before populating any customized dashboard or generating any customized report.
- Report, Dashboard and ppt preparation
- Analyzing Vendor/ Recruiter Performance reports
- Experience in Dashboard Preparation
- Good Communication
- Good with MS Office - Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power point presentation must
