**Job Title**:MIS Executive

**Location**:Gurgaon

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: 25,000 - 32,000 INR

**Experience**: 3-3.5 years in MIS

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain MIS reports for various business functions.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and macros, to analyze data and generate insights.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Provide training and support to team members on Excel and MIS tools.
- Continuously improve existing reports and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze trends and variances to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a background in mathematics or statistics.
- 3-3.5 years of experience in MIS or related roles.
- Expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in pivot tables and macros is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Master's certification in Excel will be a definite plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
