**Job Title: MIS Executive**

Location: SCO 398P Sector 29 Near IFFCO Chowk Metro Station Gurgaon

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIS Executive to join our dynamic team at **NC **REALTY. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires proficiency in Excel and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain large volumes of data related to real estate transactions, client information, financial records, and market trends.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, market analysis, and other relevant metrics.
- Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions and other analytical tools to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the organization's databases by conducting regular audits, data cleansing, and updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes, enhance reporting efficiency, and optimize the use of technology to improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to gather data requirements, support decision-making, and facilitate cross-functional projects.
- Training and Support: Provide training, guidance, and technical support to team members on data management best practices, Excel techniques, and reporting tools.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, industry standards, and internal policies related to data privacy, confidentiality, and security.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
