Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Namma Dhobi Laundromat - A Unit of Prime Enterprises. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be on promoting our laundry services to individuals, businesses, and institutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective B2B customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our laundry services.
4. Actively engage with customers to understand their laundry requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Namma Dhobi Laundromat.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, including pickup, processing, and delivery of laundry orders.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.
9. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
10. Represent Namma Dhobi Laundromat at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the service industry or related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
3. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure customer contracts.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accountability and professionalism.
7. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data.
9. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
10. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary and commission structure, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
**Benefits**:
1. Basic Salary: 18k to 35k
2. Variable Pay: 15% incentive on every new customer order + 1% for old customer retention. (No cap on commission earnings)

**Salary**: ₹225,653.60 - ₹619,549.23 per year
