**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers in selecting cakes and other bakery products.
- Provide information about product ingredients, flavors, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales and Cash Handling**:

- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
- Upsell additional products and promotions to customers.
- **Product Display and Maintenance**:

- Ensure cakes and bakery products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from display.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area and display cases.
- **Delivery and Field Duties**:

- Assist in packing cakes and bakery items for delivery.
- Safely transport products to customers' locations within designated timeframes.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any discrepancies or issues with professionalism.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
