**NCR Coordinator - Regional Support/Continuous Improvement - SDC Chennai, India**

At Vestas, Supply chain and repair, we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever developing task in a professional environment
In SCR Vestas, NC CoE is responsible for handling Non Conformity notifications raised by the Warehouse inventory owners for Product and Non-Product issues to provide disposition solution and Recover costs for the Deviations

**Responsibilities**
- Handle NCR notifications everyday raised by Originators for Product and Non-Product Deviations in SAP ERP system
- Individually handle the assigned notifications and facilitate the customers to provide Disposition action
- Review, Priorities and Assign right Partners to the NC issue
- Creating Supplementary NCR for Internally Supplied Products
- Initiating Disposition Supplier Request
- Validating the Task Decision that are provided by the Supplier
- Decide Disposition Action and Recover possible Costs
- Follow-up and Coordination with internal customers, Stakeholders and Suppliers
- Account NC Costs and Complete Notification
- Participation in continuous Improvement activities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical engineering or similar
- 5+ years hands on experience in Procurement, Quality, Handling Non Conformity Issues for Product and Non-Product deviations.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel/Power Point
- Knowledge in SQL and Excel Macros
- Experience with ERP-(SAP) system
