**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 (In hand per month)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers

Follow up on abandoned carts to maximize order recovery

Clearly communicate product features, offers, and promotions

Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversions

Meet set targets for calls and successful conversions

Handle objections and provide excellent customer service

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, preferably in an e-commerce business

Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)

Hands-on experience in abandoned cart recovery

Knowledge of CRM tools and call tracking systems

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player

What We Offer:
Fixed salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 (in hand)
