**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Ensure that guests receive prompt and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff and other dining room personnel.
- Train new staff members on service standards and restaurant policies.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration among staff.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the dining room setup and ensure it meets the restaurant's standards.
- Monitor the flow of service and adjust staffing as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise between the kitchen and dining room to ensure timely service.
- Communicate daily specials and menu changes to staff and guests.
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding any issues or feedback from guests.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Promote menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
