**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Craft compelling proposals, bids, and pitches customized to client requirements and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, fostering trust and credibility to secure new projects and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting and acquiring new clients through online bidding platforms.
- Monitor bidding activity, track project leads, and follow up on proposals to ensure timely responses and engagement with clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including project scope, budget, and timelines, to maximize project profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and client communications using CRM systems or project management tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in online bidding and client acquisition.
- Provide regular reports and updates on bidding activities, pipeline status, and client interactions to the management team.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in online bidding, sales, or business development roles, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully winning projects and contracts through online bidding platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and close deals.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional proposals and bids.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and tools such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
