**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Fleet Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and safety of vehicles, while also providing support in fleet expansion and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Fleet Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition for service. Monitor fleet utilization and ensure maximum efficiency of resources

Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and emergency repairs for the fleet to minimize downtime. Manage relationships with service providers and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Track and analyze fleet performance metrics such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and downtime. Implement initiatives to improve fleet productivity and reduce operational costs.

Help in identifying new opportunities for fleet growth and maintaining a smooth transition in operations.

Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle performance, maintenance logs, and cost analysis. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding fleet status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement..

**Requirements**:
At least 2-3 years of experience in fleet operations or management, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or mobility sector.

A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Operations Management would be an advantage.

Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, fleet management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes and implement actions to it.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work team.
