**About the Role**:
As a **Command Center Executive**, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operational performance of our electric two-wheeler fleet in real time. You will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle uptime, addressing technical issues remotely, and coordinating with field teams for on-ground support. Your role will require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth fleet operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Real-time Monitoring**: Track the health, location, and performance of the EV bikes through a centralized dashboard.
- **Incident Management**: Identify faults, breakdowns, and anomalies in vehicle performance; initiate troubleshooting or escalate as needed.
- **Remote Diagnostics**: Utilize telematics data to diagnose and resolve vehicle-related issues remotely.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with field technicians, service teams, and customer support to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze data trends to predict potential failures, optimize fleet efficiency, and provide periodic reports to management.
- **Customer Support Liaison**: Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle functionality and performance.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify gaps in current monitoring and response protocols; suggest and implement improvements.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all vehicles adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines through active monitoring and alerts.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers can apply, 1-3 years of experience in command center operations, fleet management may be preferred (EV industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of IoT, telematics systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,151.86 - ₹25,563.16 per month
