**We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for**

**customers seeking assistance with company's product/service. The role involves handling**

**inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will play a key role**

**in maintaining a positive relationship with customers by offering timely and effective support.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Identify customer issues and provide clear and accurate solutions.**

**Troubleshoot product/service-related problems and guide customers through the**

**necessary steps to resolve them.**

**Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all details are accurately**

**recorded.**

**Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to**

**customers.**

**Process orders, returns, and exchanges as necessary.**

**Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required to ensure timely**

**resolution.**

**Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with**

**the service.**

**Provide feedback and insights to management regarding common issues or areas for**

**improvement.**

**Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time,**

**and issue resolution.**

**Stay updated with new product features, promotions, and changes in company policies.**

**Qualifications**:
**Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.**

**Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.**

**Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.**

**Ability to remain calm and professional when handling stressful situations.**

**Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.**

**Strong attention to detail and organizational skills**

Pay: ₹8,552.03 - ₹25,335.64 per month
