**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and present property features to prospective buyers.
- Understand clients’ requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare sales agreements and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
