The Majesstine Sports is a leading multi-sport facility based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, offering premium spaces for swimming, badminton, football, fitness, and more. We focus on promoting health, community, and performance through structured programs, expert coaching, and exceptional infrastructure.
**Role Overview**:
The Sales Manager will lead both **corporate sales initiatives** and **membership acquisition efforts** for The Majesstine Sports. This role requires a high-energy, target-driven professional who can engage with individuals, families, and businesses to drive growth, build relationships, and strengthen the brand’s presence in the sports and wellness industry.
**Membership (B2C) Sales**:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve membership sales and renewal targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from inquiry handling and facility tours to closing memberships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads from campaigns, events, and digital channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with members to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and recommend improvements in pricing, offers, and packages.
**Team & Reporting**:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
- Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, outlining performance and opportunities for growth.
